Interlock Jersey

Interlock is a double-knit fabric constructed using two sets of needles and interlocking loops, resulting in a smooth and durable material. Interlock jersey has a slight stretch and excellent recovery, meaning it can bounce back to its original shape after stretching or bending.

It is heavier than regular single jersey knits, making it suitable for garments that require more structure and warmth. The interlocking loops create a stable fabric surface that resists curling and wrinkling making it very easy to sew - especially for beginners!
