If you’d like to embark on adventure of creating your own designs on fabrics, knowing how to create a seamless, repeatable pattern is a must. 
 

There are many graphic designs programmes that will allow you to create a pattern from scratch. 
 

Most common in graphic design world are Photoshop and Illustrator – these are quite complex programmes and require a monthly subscription. There is also very popular Procreate which is very easy to use but requires iPad and special stylus.
