RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Flamingo Fabrics offers print-on-demand fabrics that are specifically made for each individual order.

Due to the unique, custom made nature of these fabrics, we cannot accept returns or exchange any items.

Therefore, we highly recommend to order test swatches beforehand to confirm that the fabric type, colour and design scale align with your needs.

In the event that you receive a flawed or damaged fabric, Flamingo Fabrics is more than happy to provide a replacement or issue a refund.

We strive to thoroughly check all the fabrics before shipping but on occasions flaws can be missed.

Please check your fabrics upon arrival as we cannot process any claims of flawed fabric one the fabric has been used or washed.

If your fabrics arrived flawed please get in touch with us within 30 days from receiving your order and we will do our best to rectify the problem by offering refund or exchange.
